Edge Forensics (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a behavioral trade analysis platform. You upload trade data exported from your brokerage, and we analyze it to surface behavioral patterns, metrics, and insights (“the Service”).

Edge Forensics is an analytical tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing on this platform — including reports, metrics, pattern identifications, or any system-generated output — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance data analyzed through our platform does not predict or guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@edgeforensics.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain full ownership of any trade data you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading data you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use Your Content to train any models. You may delete your data and account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload data you do not own or have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our models or proprietary methods.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

The free tier provides one full analysis at no charge, with no credit card required. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option you select at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and all content produced by us (excluding Your Content), is our exclusive property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Forensics and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis output is accurate or complete. Use the Service at your own risk.

We may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Edge Forensics is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
