Privacy Policy

Edge Forensics operates the edgeforensics.io platform. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at privacy@edgeforensics.io.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service:

• Account data: Email address and, optionally, your name. Collected when you create an account.
• Trade data: CSV files you upload containing your brokerage trade history. This data is processed to generate your analysis report and stored securely to power your dashboard.
• Usage data: Basic product usage signals (e.g., pages visited, features used) to help us improve the product. No personally identifiable trade data is included in usage analytics.
• Payment data: Billing is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or payment credentials on our servers.

• To analyze your uploaded trade data and generate behavioral reports.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts).
• To respond to your support requests.
• To enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your trade data to train any models, sell to third parties, or use for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.

We use the following sub-processors to deliver the Service:

• Supabase — authentication, database storage, and file storage. Data is stored in encrypted form.
• Anthropic — behavioral analysis processing. Your trade data is transmitted to our analysis infrastructure for processing and is subject to their privacy policy. Our infrastructure provider does not use API inputs to train models by default.
• Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure.

We do not use advertising networks or sell data to any third parties.

We retain your account data and trade reports for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — including uploaded CSVs and generated reports — is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@edgeforensics.io.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable any available account security features.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@edgeforensics.io. We will respond within 30 days.

We use only functional cookies necessary for authentication (session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies via your browser settings; doing so will sign you out of the Service.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or via the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
